Heather Anne Thomas, an American actor, author, and activist became famous for her role as Jody in the television series "The Fall Guy". At the beginning of her career the actress was chosen as the hostess for the NBC television show Talking with a Giant. After that, she graduated with an Film and Theatre Degree from ULCA and started guest-starring on TV shows such as 'California fever, Co-Ed Fever, and The Misadventures of Sheriff Lombo. In 1981, she was tapped as the main character in "The fall Guy". Thomas's appearance on the show's five seasons proved to be a big hit across numerous states. Thomas has been featured in several TV series, as well as films. Thomas' most memorable movie performance came from the 1987 TV film 'Ford, The Man and the Machine. In her earliest years her appearances have been in a number of movies and TV shows. Her first theater experiences stemmed from community theatres in her area. Her first appearance on TV was when she was 13 years old. In 2017, Chow opted to drop her last name in protest against Hollywood stereotypes. The actress was criticised for decrying her Chinese ethnicity by the media. As a Columbia University human rights student, she has become an Hollywood fan favorite due to her distinctive characters. The Hollywood industry also considers her to be a promising actor.
